PROJECT MANAGER

Mission Statement: To oversee and manage multiple projects; have positive interactions with customers, subcontractors and the rest of the Moceri Construction team.

 

Expected to:

  • Assume primary management responsibility for all aspects of an assigned project from beginning to end, including supervision of Field Superintendents

  • Arrange and lead preconstruction meetings for each project

  • Assign and oversee subcontracts

  • Order, or coordinate ordering of major material packages

  • Coordinate or write change orders with Field Superintendents

  • Code invoices for billing purposes

  • Analyze invoices as they relate to bids and work completed

  • Weekly on-site walk-through of jobs to confirm schedule, quality, etc.

  • Track time schedule for job

  • Meet with owners once each week, updating costs and schedules, ensuring their satisfaction with progress and quality of work

  • Review field notes once each week, taking appropriate action

  • Track spread sheets and job costs on a weekly basis, if needed

  • Perform site-specific safety inspections and monitor job-site safety records

  • Coordinate weekly scheduling of manpower

  • Complete special projects
