Dear Paul,

Last Friday we received a "tour" of the house.  It probably goes without saying (but I'll say it anyway) that we were very impressed with the quality of craftsmanship, attention to detail, and overall appearance of the nearly-finished house.

I take a lot of pride in the fact that I have the opportunity to work with your company. Although I'm the "new guy" walking into an existing business relationship, I just want you to know going in that I value your business, trust your judgment, and am committed to keeping your profitability and best interests in mind in a mutually beneficial partnership.

Some of that might sound overblown, but I welcome the chance to prove that I mean what I say.  In my opinion, a construction firm that can produce a final result of the quality of the clients house deserves that kind of respect.

If there is any way I can be of help, you know where to find me.

Sincerely,

Member of the construction industry
